The extended length also provides additional leverage which reduces the effort required to shift into 2 and 4-wheel drive ranges. The shift handle assembly is manufactured from machined billet aluminum, a 4340 steel shift stick with durable e-coat finish and replaces the weaker plastic OEM factory unit. Also includes a black B&M logo shift knob for the shifting duties and is a very quick and easy direct fit-installation.
