Assembly instructions:

Mount the wastegate on the turbo unit and adjust it so there is at least a 2mm bias.

Using a pressure gauge: Check when the wastegate arm starts to open.

Adjust the wastegate with more pre-tension (3mm+) if you want a higher opening pressure.

Adjust until you get the desired opening pressure.

Note that measured opening pressure may vary during use due to exhaust pulses, exhaust pressure, back pressure and heat.
